COVID-19 Doing Our Part: ElmWood Flooring is taking measures to protect it’s customers and employees during this uncertain time for the next few months or until summer. As the coronavirus or COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we know it is our top priority for us to protect our customers and employees. We see it and hear it in the conversations we’re having with others. So we believe it’s very important to share the steps we are taking to keep all people safe, starting with your home or business, where our crews will be working safely. ABC STEP - Associated Builders and Contractors MOST ESTIMATES, will be done over the phone or via emails. If a on-site estimate is needed, one of our professionals will be able to stop by to review your project with protecting themselves and our customers while wearing disposable gloves and a mask. All of our employees will be wearing Gloves, and Masks on every jobsite., or when around others., they will be able to remove these items when not around others or when they get home. Hand-washing and hand sanitizer is now mandatory for all of our workers for safety until such a time comes when things get back to normal and the COVID-19 is under control or it is safe for people to retune back to their normal lives. We are monitoring this situation daily, and, as we do with any unusual event, we will watch what’s happening locally and adjust our business operations and policies as needed by local and State Government mandates. We are in communication with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as other health organizations, and are following their guidelines as well as the advice of our own Medical Dr., and we ask everyone to do the same as needed.
