These Terms of Use ("TOU") govern your access to and use of ServicesYP.com and any related digital properties, including our websites, mobile applications, and interactions with our branded pages on third-party social media sites (collectively referred to as the "ServicesYP Sites"). This TOU also covers any use of our interactive business search services ("Advertising Service") and the business listing or profile management and reporting access we offer to business owners or their authorized agents on the ServicesYP Sites ("Services for Businesses"). Together, the Consumer Services and Services for Businesses are referred to as the "Services."
This TOU constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "you" or "your") and ServicesYP Inc., the provider of the ServicesYP Sites. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this TOU.
This TOU applies to your access and use of the Services as of April 10, 2020 ("Effective Date"). By accessing or using any part of the ServicesYP Sites or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this TOU. Please note that this TOU includes a waiver of jury trial and class-action rights and imposes liability limitations.
