We just moved into the area and needed to get some items urgently updated to be able to have a functioning household. We always work off of word of mouth and have had some great luck finding some real quality, hard working businesses be recommended to us. Chico and Juan came out to our house on Thursday and gave us an estimate, which was below the estimate of the first plumber who came out. We needed to put in new faucets in 2 bathrooms, a new toilet, new kitchen faucet to fix an old leaky faucet, add a gas line under the house to be able to put a gas stove, and also to add a gas line in garage for a gas dryer. We agreed on the estimate and setup the appointment for this morning. We purchased the parts and they supplied the material for the gas lines. We felt that they were honest and told us what we should get done in the immediate future and what we can wait on. We are already planning on having them come out to do some future work to change out old pipes and brace them. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. Gabriela V. I have used numerous other plumbers over the years since I manage my father's old rental properties that need a lot of work. Frankly, the other plumbers were a nightmare, including not showing up as told, water leaks that they had to come back and fix and additional unexpected charges. Then I found Chico about two years ago and has done several jobs for us since then. He installed a couple of property line clean outs and then installed a 125' main sewer line with a three clean outs and a backflow preventer. He also ended up replacing a very old gas line on the property. At my house he plumbed my full bathroom remodel and also replaced our 65 year old cast iron drains and drops with ABS as well as a good portion of our main sewer line. We had so many sewer back up issues over the last 25 years that I kick myself for not doing it sooner. We ended up having a broken main drain that had roots in it. Recently he installed new copper water pipes and new ABS drain lines at one of my father's houses which was completed in two days. He is honest and won't tell you to do anything that isn't necessary. His quote is firm, no add on's later except for paying the daily rate for a digger(if needed) or feeding his crew. I don't mind feeding them since they work so hard. The best part is he will be in and out in a day or two. No dragging it out like some others do. He knows that time is money and shows up when he says he will and gets it done. He worries about our bottom line as much as we do. At the same time he offers the best quality and does things right and doesn't cut corners. He doesn't take advantage of anybody as honestly is a big deal to Chico (Alfredo Rangel) Not like those rip off artists of the big corporate plumbing companies with quotes 3X of Prestige Plumbing. Get your other quotes and you will be find his to be the best. You won't have any regrets working with Chico. I feel so fortunate to have found someone like Chico, he is truly the best!
